We have many keepsakes for purchase.

Your donation goes to preserving and maintaining the schools.

All keepsakes have a suggested donation. We accept donations through PayPal or by check/money order to the address below. LEND-A-HAND PROJECT: In 2010, The Friends began a project, the Lend-a-Hand Project, to sell handknitted miniature mittens. In 2011, we expanded the project to include socks and complete kits for knitting the mittens or socks, as well as a miniature mitten cookie cutter kit. All the kits sell for $8 each, with the proceeds going to The Friends.

An article about the Lend-a-Hand Project is featured in the August 2011 issue of KNITTING TRADITIONS magazine.

All Kits are presented in reusable brown paper cookie bags (plastic lined) and tied with hand-dyed boiled wool ribbon. These kits make the perfect gift for the knitter or cook.
